Grilled Octopus over Spaghetti

Serves Two

Ingredients:                  

One  brined Octopus                                

Pot Boiling Water

One Whole Fresh Lemon 

Two Tablespoons EVOO

Salt /Pepper to flavor

Boil Octopus 20 min/ remove and cut beak off /chop in 1 1/2 inch pieces drizzle EVOO and Fresh Squeezed Lemon / Salt and pepper for flavor  Set Aside to toss over Spaghetti

Spaghetti Ingredients  

4oz dry Spaghetti

2 tbsp EVOO

1tsp Salted Butter

1/2 Cup freshly grated parmasan cheese

6 fresh basil leaves

Boil Water / toss dry spaghetti with salt olive oil for 15 -20 min Al dente

Drain and Rinse 

Toss with EVOO/butter/ freshly chopped basil/ shaved parmesan

place cooked octopus over Spaghetti / add whole basil leaves on top for plating  Serve
